We send all patterns out by Royal Mail first class as a Large Letter, at a flat rate of £1.95.

We post all yarn and books by Royal Mail first class as a Small Parcel, at a flat rate of £3.95.

Returns

If you’re not happy, that’s not a problem. Please get in touch with us within 7 days and you can post any unused items back to us. The cost of postage will be refunded once we have received the unused goods.
